The Easter bunny has delivered us a treat. Hot Cross buns that have been turned in to a really delicious cake mix! Yum! A fruity mix with a hint of spice make this heavenly moist versatile cake. Perfect on its own with a cup of coffee or as a pudding with a big dollop of custard.
Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Mixed Fruit: Raisins: (30%) (Raisins, Sunflower/Cotton Seed Oil). Provincial Currants: (30%) (Currants, Sunflower Oil). Sultanas: (30%) (Sultanas, Sunflower/Cotton Seed Oil). Mixed Peel: (10%) Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Glucose-Fructose Syrup, Salt, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Apricots, Spices.
Requires 60ml Milk, 150g Softened Unsalted Butter, 3 large eggs & 50ml Vegetable Oil.
