I would not say that I am a confident baker at all, but I do like a fine dessert. The Mon Dessert kits have helped me make desserts that I never thought I could achieve. I wowed friends and myself! I tried the choc chip pancake mix & it was absolutely fantastic. not only was it incredibly easy to use (all you need is water & oil for greasing) but the pancakes at the end of it were so so delicious. loved the choc ganache sauce for the top ! They’re also vegan & gluten free so are accessible to everyone. The perfect breakfast / brunch !
