Ingredients

Wheat Flour (Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Sugar, Oats, Honey Chocolate: Sugar, Cocoa butter, Whole Milk powder, Honey powder (60% honey, maltodextrin) Emulsifier: Soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring. Cocoa Powder.  Chocolate Contains Cocoa Solids 26% Minimum, Milk Solids 22% minimum.

Allergen Information
Contains Wheat, Milk, Soya. Suitable for vegetarians.

Shelf Life 
All mixes have a 12 month shelf life from the date they are made. The majority of mixes have been made within the last 2 months. So you should have 10+ months to use them from when they arrive with you. 

Additional Information
Requires 1 large egg, 170g of softened butter, 50ml milk (1-2 tablespoons of honey is optional).

Our products are carefully hand made to create the decorative layers you all love and on occasion the ingredients may settle and sometimes mix during shipping.  Of course if this does happen the fun of the baking and the great taste of our products is unaffected.  You may need to shake the bottles firmly to empty out the contents.

Salted Caramel Truffles 

Cocoa dusted milk chocolate truffles with a deliciously smooth sea salted caramel filling. Contains a minimum 34% cocoa solids Minimum Weight: 120g

Ingredients: Vegetable fats (coconut, palm kernel), sugar, fat reduced cocoa powder, whey powder (MILK), raspberry nuggets (raspberry puree, sugar, apple, pineapple fibers, gelling agent: sodium alginate, stabiliser: calcium phosphates, colouring agents: anthocyan, curcumin, flavours, acidity regulator: citric acid), cocoa powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural flavour.

Honeycomb Bites

Sugar, Vegetable Fat (Palm MB), Whey (from Milk), Cocoa (3%), Rice Flour, Glazing agents: Emulsifier ( Sunflower Lecithin) E322, Glazing Agents: Gum Arabic, Shellac. (Centre: 23%), Sugar, Glucose, Sodium Bicarbonate.
