Gingerbread Brownie Mix

Here's how to make it:

You will need:

• 1 Gingerbread Brownie Mix

• 4 large eggs

• 150g melted Butter

• Greaseproof paper

• 24cm x 24cm x 4cm tin

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees (conventional) - 170 degrees (fan) - gas 5

2. Line your tin with paper

3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed

4. Pour in to your lined tin

5. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes

6. Remove from oven, cool and eat!
