You will need:

1 Gingerbread Brownie Mix

4 large eggs

150g melted Butter
-
Greaseproof paper
-
24cm x 24cm x 4cm tin
Method:

Preheat oven to 190 degrees (conventional) - 170 degrees (fan) - gas 5

Line your tin with paper

Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed

Pour in to your lined tin

Bake for 25 - 30 minutes

Remove from oven, cool and eat!
