Dough it Your Elf Cookie Mix

Here's how to make it:

You will need:

• 1 Dough it Your Elf Cookie Mix

• 130g Very Soft Butter

• 1 Large Egg

• 2 -3 Baking Trays

• Greaseproof Paper

Method:

1. Preheat Oven to Fan 170, Conventional 190, 375f, Gas 5.

2. Lay greaseproof paper on your trays.

3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth dough is formed.

4. Chill in the fridge for 25 minutes

5. Divide into 20-25 3cm balls, place them evenly spaced on your trays and press them lightly with a fork.

6. Bake for 14-16 minutes until golden.

7. Remove from oven, cool and enjoy!
