Birthday Cake Mix

Here's how to make it:

You will need:

• 1 Birthday Cake Mix

• 180g Very Soft Butter

• 3 Eggs

• 1 8" Square Tin

Method:

1. Preheat Oven to 190c, 170c fan, Gas 5 or 375F

2. Line your tin

3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed.

4. Pour your mix in to your tin

5. Bake for 35 minutes until golden or until a knife poked in the centre of the cake comes out clean

6. Cool and Serve
7. If you want to make your bake extra fancy, cover it in some smooth buttercream
