Shipping policy

Retail Web Orders: 

Shipping on orders less than £30 is £5.95.

Shipping on orders £30+ is free!

Orders should be received within 2-5 working days or when the order is placed.

Our order are shipped via APC.

When your parcel is shipped, you will receive a dispatch confirmation from us with a link to be able to track your order.

Please allow at least 7 days after receiving the shipping dispatch notification for your order to arrive before contacting us, orders are usually received by you within 48 hours of dispatch.

Our delivery Service is available for all England, Wales, Isle of Wight and select Scotland post codes.  

Highlands, Islands and Ireland: Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Islands and all other Scotland, Highland and Islands post codes may take between 5 and 7 days. There will be an additional cost for shipping to these areas, we subsidise the cost when you are offered free mainland delivery, but any additional cost will be auto calculated in the checkout

Pre Orders: Please not, if your order contains any items that are sold as a Pre Order, we will not dispatch any of your order until the items that are Pre Ordered are available

Christmas Delivery Times

We don't ship orders in the days following Christmas. Any orders received will be dispatched on the 2nd January. 

All Other International Orders

We are currently unable to accept orders for international shipping via our website and can only accept online payment from cards issued by UK banks. Please contact us if you'd like to place an order but have a card issued by a non-UK bank or if your delivery country is not visible. 

Order Status and History

If you've placed an order via our website as a registered customer, you can check the status of your order by logging in and viewing the 'Order History' under 'My Account'.
