Fabulous Unicorn Cake

You Will Need: 60ml Milk, 150g Softened Butter, 3 Large Eggs, 50ml Vegetable Oil, 24cm x 24cm x 4cm Tin.

Method:
1. Preheat Oven to Fan 160, Conventional 170, Gas 4.
2. Grease or line tin.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
4. Pour into your tin and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a knife poked into the middle comes out clean.
5. Cool in the tin.
6. When cool, remove from tin and enjoy.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Tray Bake

You Will Need: 60ml Milk, 150g Softened Butter, 3 Large Eggs, 50ml Vegetable Oil, 24cm x 24cm x 4cm Tin.

2. Grease or line tin.

Vegan Chocolate & Walnut Brownies

You Will Need: 100ml Vegetable Oil, 200ml Water, Greaseproof Paper, 24cm x 24cm x 4cm Tin.

Method:
1. Preheat oven to Fan 170, Conventional 180, Gas 4.
2. Grease or line tin. 
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 
4. Pour mixture in to the tin and bake for 18 minutes (gooey) or 25 minutes (cake like). 
5. Cool in the tin. 
6. When cool remove from tin, remove paper and slice. 

Marvellous Cookies & Creme Muffins

You Will Need: 200ml Milk, 140g Very Soft Butter, 2 Large Eggs, 8 Deep Fill Muffin Cases or 16 Cupcake Cases.

Method:
1. Preheat oven to Fan 180, Conventional 190, Gas 5.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth batter is formed. 
3. Spoon mixture in to your cases until 3/4 full.
4. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden brown. 
5. Cool & eat.

Extravagant Gingerbread Brownies

You Will Need: 4 large eggs, 150g butter, greaseproof paper, 24cm x 24cm x 4cm tin

Method: 
1. Preheat oven to Fan 170, Conventional 190, Gas 5. 
2. Grease or line the tin. 
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until smooth. 
4. Pour in to your tin and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden
5. Cool on a wire rack.
6. When cool, remove from tin & eat.

Hot Cross Bunny Cake

You Will Need: 150g Soft Butter, 60ml Milk, 3 Large Eggs, 50ml Vegetable Oil, 24cm x 24cm x 4cm Tin.

Un-BEE-lievable Choco-Honey Cookies

You Will Need: 1 Large Egg, 170g Melted Butter, 50ml Milk, 2 Baking Trays, 1-2 tbsp Honey (optional).

Method:
1. Preheat oven to Fan 160, Conventional 180 degrees, Gas 4.
2. Lay greaseproof paper on your trays.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough is formed.
4. Chill in the fridge for 20 minutes.
5. Divide in to 20-25 3cm balls, place these evenly spaced on your trays.
6. Bake for 14-16 minutes.
7. Remove from oven, cool & eat.

Seriously Smart Cookies

You Will Need: 170g Very Soft Butter, 1 Large Egg, 2 Baking Trays, Greaseproof Paper.

Method:
1. Preheat Oven to Fan 160, Conventional 180, Gas 4.
2. Lay greaseproof paper on your trays.
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth dough is formed.
4. Divide into 20-25 3cm balls, place them evenly spaced on your trays and press them lightly with a fork.
5. Bake for 12-14 minutes until golden.
6. Remove from oven, cool and eat.

Chocotastic Chocolate Orange Cookies
