Caramelised Biscuit & Blonde Chocolate Muffins

Here's how to make it:

You will need:

• 2 eggs
• 170g Very Soft Butter
• 100ml Milk
• 18 Muffin Cases

Method:

1. Preheat oven to Fan 180, Conventional 190, Gas 5 or 374f.
2. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a batter is formed
3. Spoon your mixture in to your muffin cases until 3/4 full
4. Bake for 16-18 minutes until golden
5. Remove from the oven, cool and enjoy
