
Here's how to bake them:
What You Need:
- 2 eggs
- 170g melted butter
- an 8" square baking tray
- Baking Paper
Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees (conventional) - 160 Degrees (fan) - Gas 4
- Line your tin with the baking paper
- Add all your ingredients from the bottle to a bowl and add your eggs and butter
- Mix until well combines (add a splash of milk if it seems dry)
- Pour in to your lined tin and bake
- 25 mins = a soft blondie, 30 mins = a more cake like/crispy bake
- Remove from the oven, cool and enjoy!
