Here's how to bake them:

What You Need:

  • 2 eggs
  • 170g melted butter
  • an 8" square baking tray
  • Baking Paper

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees (conventional) - 160 Degrees (fan) - Gas 4

  2. Line your tin with the baking paper
  3. Add all your ingredients from the bottle to a bowl and add your eggs and butter
  4. Mix until well combines (add a splash of milk if it seems dry)
  5. Pour in to your lined tin and bake
  6. 25 mins = a soft blondie, 30 mins = a more cake like/crispy bake
  7. Remove from the oven, cool and enjoy!
