Decadent Mint Choc Brookie Mix

Here's how to make it:

You will need:

• 1 Mint Choc Brookie Mix

• 1 egg

• 170g very soft Butter

• 1 8" Square Baking tin

1. Preheat oven to 190v, 170c fan, gas 5, 325f
2. Empty your bottle in to a bowl
3. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth bater is formed
4. Pour your mix in to a lined baking tin
5. Bake for 20 minutes 
6. Cool in the tin
7. Slice and serve!
