1 Mint Choc Brookie Mix

1 egg

170g very soft Butter

1 8" Square Baking tin
- Preheat oven to 190v, 170c fan, gas 5, 325f
- Empty your bottle in to a bowl
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a smooth bater is formed
- Pour your mix in to a lined baking tin
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Cool in the tin
- Slice and serve!
When you say “add all the ingredients”, does that include the marshmallows and sprinkles? If not, how on earth do you separate the sprinkles from the sugar?
