What You Need:

1 egg
- 170g Very soft salted butter
- 2x Baking Trays
Method:

Preheat oven to 180c, 160c fan, 350f or gas 4
- Line your trays with baking paper
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mix until a dough is formed
- Pop the bowl in a fridge for 20 minutes to chill the dough
- Divide the dough in to 20-25 3cm balls, place them evenly spaced on your trays
- Bake for 14-16 minutes
- Remove from the oven, cool and enjoy!
